Hey, I’m Jaz, Speech-Language Pathologist, Astrologer, and Transformational Coach

I work with introverts to raise their quiet voices in a very noisy world. I believe that the world needs more heart-centered people to be grounded in their power and fully expressed in their truth. The sensitive souls of the world are invaluable leaders in their circles because they embody personal integrity, emotional intelligence, and reflective insight.

I help heart-centered people overcome fear, strengthen their self-confidence, and courageously rise into their fullest expression.

Imagine a life where your quiet introverted nature feels like a gift, not something to overcome—a life where your intuition leads the way and everything feels more fulfilling, aligned, and yours.

Could you finally take a deep breath? Relax your shoulders? Release the worry?

No more trying to change yourself to fit the world around you.

No more anxiously assessing every social situation.

No more yearning to be the person who shows up confidently.

You’re you. And being you is easy.

No, this isn’t a dream. It’s your destiny.

But it certainly won’t happen if you keep trying to change who you are. In order to feel the way you want to feel, you’ve got to become even more of yourself.

When you truly know yourself—your strengths, your unique magic, and the intuitive gifts you were born with—it changes everything.

You can let go of the shame, the insecurity, and the pressure.  And instead find the confidence to move through the world with ease and the freedom to relax into your power.

This is where your transformation begins.

My Journey

The reason I’m so passionate about helping people embrace their authentic self and their voice is because I understand what it’s like to feel stuck in self-doubt and closed off from connection.

Years ago, I never spoke up for myself or felt confident sharing my truth. I was terrified of rejection and embarrassment, which meant I couldn’t build relationships or go after my dreams.

All that changed when I had my first astrology reading and saw myself clearly for the first time. I finally had a language that articulated my challenges and my strengths, and it felt like I had the tools to break through the stories that kept me stuck in self-criticism. I realized that my introverted nature was actually my strength, and that I could embrace my inner world with open arms.

Astrology introduced me to the spiritual path and showed me that there was something more to life than the obligations and boxes I couldn’t fit into. I started practices like yoga, tarot, rituals, and connecting with my spirit guides. And I discovered that through deepening my connection to my inner world, I was able to strengthen my self-trust, take bigger leaps of faith, and feel more present in my relationships and career.

I decided to receive training in astrology and yoga because my fascination with the unseen world only grew stronger. During those years, I was also learning about the practical tools of communication in pursuing my career as a Speech-Language Pathologist (M.A. CCC-SLP).

I realized the challenges that I faced were normal and there were ways I could strengthen my expression. I learned how to help people improve communication—whether it was vocal quality, storytelling, charisma, socializing, or speaking up for themselves with more confidence.

I realized that my introverted nature was actually my strength, and that I could embrace my inner world with open arms.

My Methodology

My Methodology *

In my many years as an Speech-Language Pathologist, I’ve helped thousands of people refine every aspect of their communication. But something else began to emerge during my sessions: I couldn’t help but notice my clients’ zodiac signs, and I found myself uplifting their inherent strengths based on their astrological energy.

Over time, I saw recurring themes with my clients—whether they were seeking support for communication or spiritual guidance to build confidence, connection, and self-trust.

This inspired me to develop a unique methodology that supports connection and expression from the inside out.

Drawing on my expertise in astrology, communication, and embodiment practices, I help my clients uncover their strengths, embrace their magic, and show up fully as themselves.

This process has brought so much fulfillment to my own life, and it’s my greatest joy to see how my clients have grown—whether it’s speaking up at work, pursuing creative dreams, meeting new friends, or simply moving through the world with greater ease and confidence.

After years of self-criticism and fear of being seen, I’ve found healing and freedom in understanding and embracing my innate strengths. Now, I’m honored to guide you on your journey to do the same.

The values of my work

Growth

I believe that it is our birth right to embrace our strengths and evolve into our greatest expression of self. I’m a lifelong learner who sees every challenge as an opportunity to grow.

Truth

As a Scorpio Rising, I live my life through the lens of what is most true. I understand that multiple truths can simultaneously exist, and that it is my job to help you discover your own truth.

Freedom

I believe that all beings deserve agency and the freedom to choose their path. You are the expert of your own experience and my role is to guide you back to your own knowing.

Connection

All my work is centered around the theme of connection. Connection to community, connection to Spirit, and connection to oneself. Your heart is ready to connect with you and show you the way.

Safety & Inclusion

I am committed to creating safer spaces in my 1:1 work and in the groups I work with by practicing transparency, accountability, self-reflection, and repair.

I am white and mostly able-bodied. I have a Master’s Degree and English is my first language. I use she/they pronouns. I am a queer individual in both my sexual orientation as well as how I engage with my work—I am invested in the process of “queering” my astrological practice, or challenging the heteronormative binaries that are traditionally used. I am always in the process of unlearning and challenging my internalized biases. I am trained in Nonviolent Communication (Compassionate Communication), and I use this framework to repair when I cause harm and make mistakes.

The clients and groups who I work with are curious, compassionate, and driven by their values. I tend to work most with women, trans, and nonbinary folks. I acknowledge that the word woman is a naturally inclusive term, so when I speak about women, I am including women at all intersections of oppression - trans women, disabled women, and women of color.

I often hold gatherings where folks of all backgrounds gather to learn astrology and connect with their energy. I prioritize accessibility and am committed to practices such as asking folks share pronouns if they feel safe to do so, saying land acknowledgments, and setting agreements of confidentiality, inclusion, vulnerability, and respect.

I believe in supporting my community and making an impact through my work. Within the last several years, I have raised money and donated to Native Action Network, Hummingbird Indigenous Family Services, Lavender Rights Project, World Central Kitchen, The Loveland Foundation, A Resting Place, and others. I regularly share resources and vote/advocate for policies that create a more free and equitable world.

I am always in the process of learning and taking action that supports the people who I work with and beyond. I believe that growth on personal and interpersonal levels creates ripples of compassion and support within greater communities. I believe that all beings deserve to be free, and we are not free until everyone is free.
